Meet the Kipper team

Kipper lets anyone on a team ask their accounting system a question in plain English (from Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS, or an AI assistant) and get a real, read-only answer from NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero in seconds. The company was founded by Jo Milton and Stony Grunow, and the people below are the ones building it.

Jo Milton

Jo Milton

Founder & COO — London, UK

Jo co-founded Kipper with Stony and serves as COO. An Accountancy Degree and years at a Venture Capital Fund mean she has spent most of her career as the person everyone brings their accounting questions to, which is a reasonable summary of why this company exists. In her free time, she loves to sail and is an avid skier and has come up with several well-thought-out, rational reasons why all board meetings should be held at Chamonix during the winter months.

Stony Grunow

Stony Grunow

Founder & CEO — New York, US

Stony Grunow co-founded Kipper with Jo Milton and is its CEO, working with the partners, ISVs, and AI platforms Kipper connects to. Over a decade of building integrations between accounting systems and the tools teams actually work in (Salesforce first, now AI assistants) left him with one conviction: an accounting system should answer a plain question without a login and a spare afternoon. In his downtime, he enjoys hiking through the French mountains and being very discerning about coffee.

Rob Blatchley

Rob Blatchley

CRO — Colorado, US

Rob leads revenue, covering sales, retention, and strategic partnerships. Two decades in SaaS and B2B sales have taken him from early-stage startups to multimillion-dollar revenues, and he is at his best building teams and working out what something should cost. When he's not working, he's on the pickleball court, exploring new trails, or cheering on his boys in sports and music.

Anthony Wong

Anthony Wong

Marketing Director — Manchester, UK

Anthony runs marketing. He is a Digital Performance and Growth Director with over 20 years of data-driven expertise across FTSE 100 companies and billion-dollar startups, transforming digital marketing strategies across B2C and B2B, most of it spent working out which numbers in a dashboard actually mean something. When he's not optimizing digital ecosystems, he recharges with family adventures, tennis, and the occasional binge-worthy boxset.
