Gemini Enterprise can reach NetSuite, but it goes through Oracle to get there.

Google publishes an Oracle NetSuite connector for Gemini Enterprise, and its documentation is plain about how: the scope it asks for lets the app reach Oracle NetSuite MCP tools and resources. So it inherits Oracle's rules, which means a NetSuite sign-in for each person and no Administrator role. It is also limited to three Google locations. The rest of this search is pipelines: CData, Make, Workato, Pipedream.

How to connect NetSuite to Gemini

The NetSuite side is an integration record and a subsidiary choice. The Gemini side depends on what kind of Google account you are on.

Set up the NetSuite side

Create an integration record under Setup, Integration, Manage Integrations, New, using Authorization Code Grant with REST Web Services. Paste the Account ID, Client ID and Secret into Kipper, then pick which subsidiaries are in scope.

On a personal Google account

Open gemini.google.com, go to Settings and then Connected Apps, choose Add a custom app beneath Custom apps, and drop in your Kipper MCP server URL. Google confines this path to personal accounts, so a work or school one will not take it.

On a team account, use Gemini Enterprise

A team administrator opens Settings and help, then Team, Manage team, Connected apps, Add MCP Server. Enter the HTTPS endpoint and OAuth details, verify, then switch it on for the team.

Through Gemini Enterprise, yes. Google restricts custom apps in the consumer Gemini app to personal accounts, which catches most teams out. On Gemini Enterprise a team administrator registers the server once under Connected apps and enables it for everyone, so nobody configures anything individually.

Google's connector reaches NetSuite through Oracle MCP tools, which its own scope description says plainly. That means it carries Oracle's requirements: every person signs in with their own NetSuite credentials, and Oracle refuses the Administrator role. Kipper is connected once and answers colleagues who hold no NetSuite credentials, which is the whole reason to add it alongside rather than instead.

It does, for the record types it supports. NetSuite raises no notification when something changes, so a live lookup would mean constant polling and the arithmetic still landing outside your books. The copy is encrypted in transit and at rest, limited to the subsidiaries you selected, read-only in both directions, and every question against it is logged.
